Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using Voischedule (the “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Overview of the Service)

The Service is a web application that uses AI to interpret calendar entries you provide by text or voice, and automatically adds them to Google Calendar.

• Adding events by text input
• Adding events by voice input
• Natural language processing by AI (the Anthropic Claude API for text, and the Google Gemini API for audio)
• Event creation through the Google Calendar API

Article 3 (Accounts)

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for managing your own account information.

Article 4 (Fees)

You may use the Service free of charge up to 5 times. After you have used up the free allowance, you can continue to use the Service by subscribing to the monthly Pro plan.

• Free allowance: up to 5 times (all features available)
• Pro plan: ¥480 per month if you subscribe from the Japanese-language screens, or $2.99 per month if you subscribe from the English-language screens. If you have subscribed before, the currency of your first subscription applies.
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

You must not engage in any of the following:

• Misuse of the Service, or any act that infringes the rights of third parties
• Placing an excessive load on the servers (such as large volumes of automated requests)
• Reverse engineering the Service
• Any act that violates laws or regulations or is contrary to public order and morals
• Any other act that the operator deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Service adds events to your calendar based on the results of AI interpretation, but does not guarantee their accuracy. Please check the details of any events added yourself.

The operator assumes no liability whatsoever for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Article 7 (Changes to or Suspension of the Service)

The operator may change the content of the Service, or suspend its provision, without prior notice.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

The operator may change these Terms. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.

These Terms are a translation of the Japanese original. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Japanese versions, the Japanese version prevails.
